I truly want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me. I’ll always do my best to help.

Returns

If you change your mind about an eligible physical product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Custom, personalised, commissioned items, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Handmade Jewellery

Each piece of jewellery is individually handmade, so small variations in colour, texture, pattern, form and finish are part of its unique character. Natural gemstones and other materials may also vary from piece to piece. These natural and handmade variations are not considered faults.

If there is a genuine problem with your jewellery, please contact me and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, change-of-mind returns or refunds are not available once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a problem with your download or files, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. If you discover a fault with your item after this time, please contact me as soon as you become aware of it and I’ll do my best to put things right.

Depending on the circumstances, I’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Cancellations aren’t accepted once an order has been placed, as in-stock physical orders are shipped quickly, made-to-order pieces may already be underway, and digital products are delivered automatically.
